The Community
Never before has there been such a need to connect, upskill and learn from one another. 2020 was a hugely challenging year for our industry and in the months and years ahead, together, we’ll grow the drinks and hospitality sector back to full strength.
What is the Drinks Community?
The Drinks Trust launched the Drinks Community in 2021 as the first member space of its kind in our industry, a space for you and your colleagues to grow professionally. The Drinks Community is the platform dedicated to creating connection and opportunity through upskilling, training, networking and mentoring. A peer-to-peer support, careers and vocational space for our vibrant industry, the Drinks Community will be a space to share knowledge; it will act as the bridge between disciplines, specialisms and product channels.
Our ambition is to pool the combined experience of our sector, encourage the sharing of ideas and insight and to help grow and diversify the industry as a whole.
There are regular resources from the Drinks Community team as well as weekly and monthly online get togethers to discuss industry matters and issues, get to know other members of the Community and learn from some of the leading names in the world of drinks.
We will also be listing job opportunities, working with other industry groups on their own mini-communities and keeping you updated with the latest news from press.
Who is the Drinks Community for?
The Drinks Community is calling on you to be a part of returning our industry to growth, while learning and sharing ideas in the process.
We welcome everyone from the drinks industry, from point of production to point of sale, including all sectors from beer and cider, through to wine, spirits and no and low.
As the Drinks Community is a collaborative platform, we want members working in the drinks industry who are keen to engage with other members.
